Hi, I’m Nellya Schumpert—Certified Wellness Coach, CBT Counselor, and the Founder of Treatuals

For years, I struggled with PCOS, anxiety, and unexplained symptoms—often told “this is normal” or “just lose weight.” But I knew something deeper was going on. When no one had answers, I created my own—through sustainable nutrition, nervous system tools, and mindset shifts rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I created Treatuals to offer what I needed most: A calm space to heal. Without pressure. Without perfection. Just grounded, mindful rituals that help you come home to yourself.
