  • Physical Goods: Availability may be limited. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, but do not warrant that product information, including pricing and availability, is error-free.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal).

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

  • Coaching Sessions: May be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable.

  • Physical Goods: Refunds or exchanges may be available for defective or damaged items; please contact us at hello@treatuals.com within 14 days of receipt.
