1:1 Coaching With Nellya

For years, I tried to be who everyone needed me to be — the “good” daughter, partner, friend, employee. I chased approval, performed my way through life, and slowly lost touch with what I truly wanted.

The turning point came when I realized no amount of achievement or external validation could replace the peace of truly knowing and loving myself. That’s when I began the slow, intentional work of coming home — to my body, my mind, and my heart.

Yes, part of that journey meant healing hormonal imbalances, emotional eating, and chronic stress. But the deeper transformation was learning to stop performing, to listen inward, and to live in alignment with what feels authentic and true.

Where soft is healing and slow is living

If You’re Tired Of:

  • Feeling like you’re always “on,” performing for everyone but yourself

  • Living in a cycle of overdoing, overthinking, and overriding your own needs

  • Chasing the next fix, trend, or achievement — or seeking external validation — yet never feeling truly at peace

It’s time to choose yourself, slow down, and come home to who you really are.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Release the need to perform or seek constant external validation

  • Break free from patterns that keep you overextended, anxious, or disconnected from yourself

  • Rewire the inner dialogue so it speaks to your worth and supports your peace

  • Regulate stress and nurture a grounded, calm nervous system

  • Create rituals and habits that feel sustainable, supportive, and aligned with who you truly are

My Coaching Method

How Our Sessions Together Will Work

  • We’ll meet virtually — on Zoom — either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

  • Together, we’ll create a vision for your life that goes beyond health goals — one that honors your values, your energy, and your true self. We’ll look at your habits, your relationship with your body, and the ways you care for yourself day to day.

  • Our work isn’t about quick fixes, chasing perfection, or becoming someone else. It’s about sustainable change through small, intentional steps that feel like home.

  • You’ll learn to notice and release old patterns, navigate challenges with more ease, and choose yourself without guilt.

  • Most importantly, we’ll work in a safe, judgment-free space where you can rebuild trust with your body, calm your mind, and create rituals that support a life rooted in peace, self-worth, and authenticity.

Is This for me?

This Is for You if:

  • You’re ready to choose yourself — during our sessions and in the quiet moments in between

  • You want to break free from cycles of overperforming, emotional eating, self-sabotage, and burnout

  • You’re done with extremes, rigid rules, or shame-based approaches — and ready to rebuild in a way that feels kind and sustainable

  • You’re open to exploring your mindset, nurturing your nervous system, and creating daily rituals that truly support you

  • You crave a calmer, softer way of living — one that feels authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you are

This is Not for You if:

  • You’re looking for someone else to “fix” you instead of being an active participant in your own growth

  • You expect quick results without making space for consistent, intentional self-work

  • You have an active mental health condition (such as clinical depression, suicidal thoughts, or another concern) that requires professional medical or psychiatric care.

How You’ll Feel

  • Free from the pressure to perform or constantly people-please

  • No longer weighed down by shame, guilt, or anxiety about being yourself — instead, feeling spacious and free

  • More grounded, calm, and present in your daily life

  • Equipped with mindset tools to break self-sabotaging patterns

  • Confident in your ability to care for yourself with consistency and compassion

  • Reconnected to your true self, your worth, and a way of living that feels like home

If you’re ready to step off the hamster wheel of people-pleasing, overperforming, and self-sabotage — and finally live in a way that feels true to you — I’m here to walk alongside you.

We’ll talk about where you feel stuck, what you deeply want, and how we can get there — gently, sustainably, and together.

Your transformation begins with the ritual of treating yourself well.

You Don’t Have to Do it Alone

Hi, I’m Nellya

I’m an IIN Certified Health & Wellness Coach with an MBA in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy counseling. My approach blends mindset work, emotional healing, and sustainable daily rituals to help you create real, lasting change from the inside out.

For years, I lived in survival mode — overperforming, people-pleasing, and chasing perfection while slowly losing touch with myself. Along the way, I faced my own health challenges, from hormonal imbalances to burnout. Healing those was part of my path, but the deeper transformation came when I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started choosing myself instead.

Today, I guide women through that same process of returning home — releasing old patterns, reframing their inner dialogue, and rebuilding habits that feel aligned, grounding, and deeply supportive. You’re not broken, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

  • Each session is 60 minutes long. For most clients, weekly or bi-weekly sessions work best, depending on your goals and availability.

  • Not at all. My approach is not about rigid plans or quick fixes. Instead, we’ll create personalized, practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, focusing on balance and sustainability.

  • While therapists focus on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, as a health coach, I work with you to create actionable lifestyle changes that complement your overall wellness goals. My approach bridges the gap between mind and body for holistic transformation.
