I’m an IIN Certified Health & Wellness Coach with an MBA in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy counseling. My approach blends mindset work, emotional healing, and sustainable lifestyle habits to help you create real, lasting change.

After struggling for years with hormonal imbalances, emotional eating, and the overwhelming cycle of “starting over,” I rebuilt my health — not through restriction or quick fixes, but by rewiring my mindset, regulating my nervous system, and practicing simple, mindful rituals.

  • CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Together, we’ll explore how your mindset influences your habits, emotions, and choices, empowering you to break free from limiting beliefs and create a more balanced, fulfilling life.

  • Each session is 60 minutes long. For most clients, weekly or bi-weekly sessions work best, depending on your goals and availability.

  • The first session is a discovery call where we’ll dive into your health history, current challenges, and goals. This session helps me get to know you better and design a plan tailored to your needs.

  • Not at all. My approach is not about rigid plans or quick fixes. Instead, we’ll create personalized, practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, focusing on balance and sustainability.

  • While therapists focus on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, as a health coach, I work with you to create actionable lifestyle changes that complement your overall wellness goals. My approach bridges the gap between mind and body for holistic transformation.
